November Speed Challenge

The month is more than half done, and we have a new prompt to prime your creative juice pump. Deadline is 11/30, plenty of time. Especially since you have a whole day to do nothing but digest turkey.

Write a story to go with this photo, graciously provided by Lance McVay, Farker and gentleman. He takes some awesome photos, go see here.

Kenju, Al Ink is dead. You should try clicking on the word 'here' and it will now direct you to sacredartichoke.com where Lance's cool photos reside.

Thanks for the heads up!

Hello… I a new.. just referred by Mojo… and I have a question…

“2) All entries must be relevant to the challenge provided. Be creative, but stay on topic. Try not to repeat themes or styles within your writing.”

This November challenge is to write about or to write something inspired by the pretty pretty green picture, yes? So even if I was inspired to write something random by looking at the photo, it still counts as a source of inspiration.. right?

(just want to make sure)

Cool picture... tough prompt. maybe because I could see all the ghostly tales that I know are going to come out of it. I tried to go with something a little less obvious than your average story of "haints 'n' spooks"... though I suppose you could call it that anyway.
But I'm up.
